Microsoft launches Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3

They have the Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3 out now. I cant keep up with so many versions. Why do I even bother. Still, this release is quite cool as you can drag and drop the tabs for your browsing purpose. Its nice to rearrange your tabs once a while.

  1. Until Microsoft can figure out all the major bugs in IE7 (which might not be until its final release), I never recommend installing it. I’ve had a lot of people complain to me how it destroyed the computer’s dll library during uninstallation.

I personally have IE7b3 installed on another computer, and it’s a lot smoother-running than the previous beta. As long as Firefox has the extensibility factor in its favor, I won’t even think about switching to other browsers. I like all the extensions available that add functionality no other browser can offer.

  2. yes….IE is a bit crappier on the old beta versions, but the IE7 RC1 looks good for now…
